Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Fit and Measurement Responsibility
Refunds are not provided for products that do not fit. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate measurements prior to ordering. Please review our measurement guide carefully before purchasing.
Refund Review and Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
A restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied at our discretion.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non refundable.
If return shipping is paid by us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact info@rolloutsolutions.com before returning the product so we can assist you.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refund processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.
If you believe your refund is delayed, please check with your credit card provider first. If the issue persists, contact info@rolloutsolutions.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a store credit will be issued once the return is received.
If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
